These terms cover browsing the site, holding an account, registering interest in products, and placing orders. By using the site you accept these terms. Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it or access it in unauthorised ways.

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Bike prices shown before ordering opens are recommended retail prices (RRP) and may be adjusted at launch.
• Product specifications and availability may change; we correct errors on the site when we find them.
• "Register Interest" places no order and no obligation on you or us.

• An order is formed when payment is completed and we send you an order confirmation email.
• Accepted payment methods are as shown at checkout.
• If a product was materially mispriced or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Custom-built bikes enter production once you confirm the specification. After production begins, a custom order cannot be cancelled or changed. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Delivery methods, timing and our returns policy are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

All content on this site, text, photography, logos and product designs, belongs to SEic or its licensors. Please don't reproduce it commercially without written permission. Media use is welcome via our Press page.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in this section limits your ACL rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
