Lifetime warranty on the frame
Main frame manufacturing defects are covered for the life of the original owner. Crash replacement pricing available for damage outside warranty.
2 years on drivetrain & electronics
Motor, controller, display, and drivetrain components carry a 2-year full replacement warranty from the original delivery date.
Battery: 2 years or 800 cycles
Battery packs are warrantied to retain 70% capacity for 2 years or 800 full charge cycles, whichever comes first.
Testing & compliance
Independent lab testing
Every frame design is fatigue-tested to EN 15194 standards by an independent lab before it enters production.
Australian road-ready
All SEic e-bikes comply with the 250W / 25 km/h pedelec classification under Australian Road Rules. No registration, no licence required.
Pre-delivery inspection
Each bike is hand-assembled, torque-checked, and test-ridden by a mechanic before it ships. Delivery comes with a 50-point inspection report.
Care & service
Free first service
A complimentary tune-up within the first 200 km, bolt re-torque, brake bed-in check, and drivetrain alignment.
Parts & mobile service
Spare parts stocked in Sydney warehouse. Mobile service available in metro areas. Contact support for bookings.
